It all started Wendsday, when i ran a few miles without no water plus soccer pratice and soccer tryouts. After that, i got very unusual side aches,leg and back aches, vomitting, and extreme fatigue.I thought it was a flu, but i doubt it. But now, recently, i've been geting side aches just by walking a very short distance, and it always happens. And sometimes, out of nowhere, it starts hurting, just by sitting down. I don't know if im in a condition that is serious, or just in need of a few minerals that can boost me up.Health Question & Answer

Your symptoms sound like you pulled the muscle in the area commonly called a stitch. If this is the case then rest, good nutrition, and water are the best courses of action. If after a while (large pulled muscles usually take quite some time to heal) your condition is getting worse, then seek medical attention as you may be suffering from some sort of infection or have a life style that is aggravating your condition.
Correct workout habits may also play a factor. Make sure that when you do work out (which should not be for at least a week). You need to drink water!
It sounds like you are dehydrated.
Always drink water before, after, AND during exercise.
