Question: Is it bad not to sleep at night and sleep during the day explain y plz.?

My sugesstion to this question is that we have to work in the day and take rest in the night because of simple logical reasone. You see that day is more suitable for work than night as it is made bright and night is more suitable for rest as it it is dark.If you work in the night then you have to sleep in the day and it will also make you alone for, all other your friends will work in the day and in the night when they go to the place of entertainment you willbe goig to work.

No, it's not bad at all, as long as you do get proper sleep regularly the body doesn't care if the sun it's out there or not, but sleeping during the day can be hard for some people or they might be awaken by others which it is not good, this also can happen at night and what matters and bothers the body is the lack of it, not when you get it and what time of the day is it. So sleep up and you'll be fine. They are millions of people who stay up during the night because they are required to do so for whatever reason or they just want to, and they have perfectly normal lives doing it. no its not bad. i sleep in the day and awake all night. it depends on your body and your 'schedule". besides, not everyone in the world sleeps at night and awake all day. jobs for instance is a example. my whole life i default to this reverse schedule. As long as you get about 8 hours of sleep each time, you're good. Do NOT deprive yourself of sleep. Sleep is cumulative.
