Question: Has anyone had or know anyone who's had their appendix removed.?
How long did it take you/them to recover.? And what complications, if any did you come across. I had my appendix removed on thursday and want to know when I'll be feeling 'better'

The younger you are, usually the quicker you heal, but it also depends on how sick you were before the operation.
Most people are feeling better within 7-10 days, but you will be restricted in a few things like heavy lifting, for up to 6 weeks. Be guided by your Doctor's advice. He/she knows your case personally, we can only offer well intentioned advice.
