Go to the local supermarket to the pet food aisle and look for catnip. Then go to the tea aisle and look for sleepytime tea. This tea is made from camomile and mint. Go home and pour about five tablespoons of the catnip into a container. Then add two of the sleepytime tea bags. Then pour about a cup of boiling water on it. Let it sit for about six hours. Then strain it through a colandar into a cup and drink it about a half hour before you want to go to sleep. (It looks and tastes awful but just deal with it) This is perfectly safe. In England they routinely use catnip for children at naptime. I learned of this in a book on herbal remedies. It works like a charm. I use it all the time. The only drawback I find is that a few hours after I take it, if I wake up for a couple of minutes to go to the bathroom or something, I find that the catnip has made me very hungry. If this happens just have a little snack by the bedside; a few crackers and a slice of cheese. Just something to take the empty feeling out of your stomach. And then go back to sleep.Health Question & Answer

I've always heard that dairy products help you sleep, but sometimes they can cause quite the upset stomach if you sleep on them.
Another one of the best foods would be SEAFOOD. It may not seem to be so, but seafood WILL help you go to sleep faster, and sleep much better.
So, the 3 best are: Dairy products, Soy products, and Seafood. :)Health Question & Answer
