Did not get enough hours of sleep ?!


Question: Did not get enough hours of sleep .?
so all i did yesterday was take naps ( 3-4 hours) and i went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 2am and i feel fine but why did not get my normal 8 hours.?

i do not get it i slept 10 hours yesterday and the day before yesterday and now this.?

should i go try to get more sleep or stay up.?

Your body probably just wasn't in a proper sleep in those few hours you napped, so this would have been why you woke up after 3 hours in the first place, and your body, once awake from a nap, will go back to normal function, so you won't feel tired. You are not sleep deprived.
You can do whatever you like, just make sure your sleeping patterns are at a routine. Don't go to bed at 8pm one night and then get 10 hours, and then the next night go to bed at 11pm and get up at 7am. Sure, they will change sometimes cause of late nights etc, and your situation has nothing to worry about. You probably just ate something sweet and when had a nap, your body was still hyped up.Health Question & Answer

I can only speak for myself. If I take a nap during the day, I am not tired enough at night and sleep less.
Maybe you shouldn't take a nap during the day.
Maybe you can lie down for a bit and you might fall asleep again. Health Question & Answer
