When I Move, I can hear my bones cracking and clicking together, is there something wrong.?

When ever i bend down to crawl onto the bed i head a loud clock from my hip bone..it doesnt hurt, when i walk i can hear my shoulders clickin a bit. my ankles click alot too sometimes even when im sitting and i just move my feet. it sounds gross. almost like someone cracking their nuckles but a little less discusting. its a higher piched click.

the only pain i have has started in my hip ...and i thought it was pinched nerves so i went to the chiropractor. well i did have pinched nerves and they were fixed.. but i had severe pain running down my legs...then we checked for buldging discs. everything came back normal. it got so bad i couldnt even sit myself up in bed. there was so much stiffness and pain. i couldnt move my pelvis. i went to the doctor after days of rest just to be able to hobble, and i had blood work done that came back for inflammation. I am a bit overweight but i have recently just lost 60bls. but my bones have been cracking and clicking all my life. Any ideas advice or suggestions.? I am 20 years oldHealth Question & Answer

Answers:
Its called Crepitus and is fairly normal...Keep as active as you can. I recommend you do some hydrotherapy or water exercises. If you were inactive take it slowly and gently at first..you will get better with less of this clicking etc.

Well done on the weight loss ( I am jealous!) that will help you feel better and should relieve some pressure on your joints. Take some ibuprofen or similar if you have any pain from the iflammation.Health Question & Answer
