About a year. I had frozen shoulder in BOTH shoulders! Couldn't even tuck in my shirt without pain. Every night was a struggle finding a position which was comfortable for a few minutes.

44 days as of today . Took pain medicine for first 10 days didn't help so I haven't taken them since . Dr. said I ripped my shoulder muscles and will take time to heal .
Pain from 0 being none to 10 being worse . Usually stays about a 8 that's 99% of the time .

My period pains usually used to last for the first two days. I couldn't even sleep and would just curl up in a ball and cry. Luckily I now have pills to numb that god awful pain and I panic when they start to run out lol.Health Question & Answer
