most likely it's not in the throat any longer... drink water.. eat a sammich...
that'll help the pain... the muscles in the throat are now abraised by this.. and tense...
this is normal!

drink something hot, like tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc...it will help it do dissolve quickerHealth Question & Answer
