How can I sleep less deaply?!


Question: How can I sleep less deaply.?
I sleep super deeply. I dream every night, and wake up fully rested. But there are many problems I have, some of which are too embarrassing to share on the WWW, so I'll just out it short and simple.
Pee. I don't wake up when I have to go, so it just leaves the body in my sleep. It happened until I was about 10, then stopped mostly, now that I'm 14, it is coming back, almost every day. I live virtually stress - free, and I'm not a worrier. I get about 9 hours of sleep.
I read that sleeping to heavily can cause you to bed wet, so CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME ADVISE ON HOW TO SLEEP LIGHTER!

You don't want to sleep lighter. The best thing for the body is getting a sound sleep and you are getting it. Trust me on this, I was a bed wetter for many years even past your age. Just about every night I was wet, seen many doctors and the only thing I was ever told was I was perfectly healthy just a deep sleeper and I would grow out of it. Yes I know how embarrassing it is to wet the bed. I wore a disposable diaper every night to bed for the wettings. While you think wearing a diaper would be embarrassing, for the bed wetter, its so much better waking up in a wet diaper than waking up in the middle the night with nasty cold wet bedding and pajamas. My view would be then you would be up for 20 minutes changing sheets, cleaning the bedding, then once back in bed your awake and can't go back to sleep. We (being my mom and me) chose to deal with the bed wetting with me in diapers. It worked fine, I'm normal, I had a normal childhood, I had friends sleep over because they knew I wore diapers and they really didn't care what was taped on my butt, they teased a bit but it was all in good fun. Its how you want to deal with it, we chose diapers then and I choose diapers today for my 4yr old that wets the bed. Health Question & Answer

Set your Alarm clock for 4 hours after you go to sleep. Get up and go the the bathroom. You won't pee the bed anymore. Then go back to sleep for 4 or 5 hours.Health Question & Answer
