Question: Any home remedies for a sinus headache.?

Sure, i'm guessing you have a sinus infection so here's a few things you can do. The next time you shower, let the water run your head/bridge nose area for a few minutes then blow your nose, you can put a humidifier in your room too, or, you can go to walmart, kmart etc and get some of those shower tablets that can clear it up, nasal spray is good too.Health Question & Answer
