Oh baby...having a toothache can be soooooooooooo painful....and the anxiety of having chest pains is from your tooth....the dizziness can be from your tooth pushing on a nerve....if everything came out ok in the ER your going to be ok....but you need to get to the dentist ASAP....bad teeth can cause a multitude of problems in your body....it also has been linked to heart problems....so please get to the dentist and get this checked out....Okay....?....You not a Hypochondriac....but you do know when your not feeling well and you do seek medical attention...your on the right track.....Good Luck

If you have a toothache, you may well have an infection, which may be an abscess in your jaw. This is worth assessing by a dentist or physician. You need to be on antibiotics - dental infections *can* be very serious, and can spread, even to the valves of your heart, which can lead to an infection called "endocarditits".

I don't mean to scare you - but you really need to be seen. The bloodwork should show some signs of infection, but your signs - eg. headache, dizziness, show that you probably do have an abscess.

Go see a dentist, who can pull the tooth and provide you with some anitbiotics and pain control. Your health really is an issue.Health Question & Answer

Well, you can't be a hypochondriac when something is actually wrong. Which brings me to the point that you need to get your tooth fixed. Pain in the body will cause all kinds of aberrations in your wellbeing and in your mind. Get to a dentist.Health Question & Answer
