i dont know what is going on in ccd my next popped and it killed now when i yawn my neck feels cramped up and then sometimes my juggular hurts and that cramps up what is going onHealth Question & Answer

~~Sounds as if you strained a muscle big time. Put ice on it 15 minutes at a time. You can also do the same with heat alternately, after the first 24 hours (ice is best in the first 24 hours).
