Aura Migraines.... Over The Counter Medicine?!

Question: Aura Migraines.... Over The Counter Medicine.?
I suffer from the occasional migraine which is always preceded by an "aura". Usually that means I lose the peripheral vision in my left eye or see a flashing light. Half an hour later, the nausea and pain starts. I was wondering if there's any over the counter medicines that will treat all 3 symptoms.... (nausea, aura and pain).
Im from the UK but i now live in the USA and can't believe how limited the OTC stuff is. You seem to need prescriptions for the smallest thing these days!
Can anyone help.?
(Im also open to home-remedies and natural medicines!)

PS.... I have Zomig 5mg prescribed by my UK doctor, but I don't like taking this as it causes severe tightness of my chest, neck and jaw and doesn't always work on the actual migraine symptoms.Health Question & Answer

I also have the aura migraines and what always works for me is at the first sign of the aura, I take 3 tylenol, a pepsi and a candy bar. Works like a charm. The caffeine in the soda along the chocolate dilates the blood vessels and helps the tylenol work better. This only works however if the pain has not started yet for me anyway. Only after effect I have is that my brain feels a little foggy but no pain and no nauseaHealth Question & Answer

I would recommend finding a good chiropractor who specializes in headaches. I have seen many patients that have migraines who have relief by a chiropractic adjustment. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to have relief if the symptoms have already manifested, but then the headache does not grow into a full blown migraine if you see the chiropractor during the pre-migraine stage.

I wish you the best of luck
