The area that turned blue means lack of oxygen is flowing through your finger. As long as your whole finger doesn't turn blue then you caught it in time and just need to size the ring a tad bigger for circulation. It'll just be a lack of circulation. Raise your hand above your head for a bit, because your hand is now above the level of your heart it'll pump harder to get more blood to it.
