Withdrawl medication for Fentanyl Patches?!

Question: Withdrawl medication for Fentanyl Patches.?
I have been on Fentanyl Patches (25mcg) for a year. I have to go off of them due to the loss of my rx drug coverage. I was told by my doctor that I can just stop wearing them and they will give me withdrawl medication...
What would this medication be.?

I don't have a clue. You're wearing the lowest dosage patch they make so it's not possible to wean you down further on the fentanyl. He may be planning on putting you on low dosage vicodin or percocet and gradually reducing that. Honestly, that's the only guess I have.Health Question & Answer

Gee, I can't wait to find what this is, Methadone, Soboxone, Clonodine.? Valiums. I have no clue.

Vitamins b-12, tyrosine. I did not know they had a magic cure all withdrawal med.Health Question & Answer

I agree, that is an awful small dose to be weened off of. Probably a oxycodone or hydrocodone. I can't see them moving you to methadone or suboxone. They are way stronger than what you are on. Health Question & Answer
