My left ovary literally killed me.
I thought i needed to go to the emergency room.
I was screaming in horror cause it hurt SO bad.
Im scared to go pee again because It'll happen all over again and Im terrified.

probably either kidney stones or gall stones. VERY painful, I know but there's not all that much that can be done for it. you need to drink A LOT of water I mean 2 - 3 quarts a day! I say go to your personal doctor to get it checked out, if that doesn't work go to the urgent care center they can help you there and lastly if the above don't work than and only than go to the emergency room, they will give you pain meds and thats pretty much it, oh they'll also run a whole bunch of tests to find out what it really is.

It sounds like it is probably a Urinary tract infection. If it is painful when you urinate and burns a lot, it is most likely a UTI. I am not clear why you think it is your left ovary. Is the pain only on the left side.
If it was your ovary, it would hurt when you also were not urinating.
If it is hurting that much, call your doctor or go to the ER.
If you think it could be a UTI, there is a medicine sold at some drugstores OTC called Cystex,which kills bacteria in the bladder. It also has asprin in it to help the pain and inflammation. If it is a UTI and decide to try Cystex, take only as directed and take for several days even if symptoms improve.
It's also possible that it could be an STD, but I don't mean to insult you, because I don't know you at all, but if you think there is any possibility, then go to the ER right away as that sort of infection can be quite serious.

it could be a urinary tract infection or a kidney stone try drinking alot of water to flush your bladder and kidneys out do not try to hold your pee this will make it worse because you can cause an infection to build up and you dont want that if the pain is to bad to handle i would say go to the ER but if its tollerable take a warm bath flush with fluids take a tylenol and call your doc in the morning they will probibly do a urine testHealth Question & Answer
