I keep getting headaches why?!

Question: I keep getting headaches why.?
Not bad ones, but little annoying ones, sometimes (rarely) feel like throwing up but not really that's besides the point,.

I keep getting little random headaches, and I have no clue why.
It's been happening since Tuesday, it's Saturday.

I do not drink a LOT of water like, Sometimes I just take sips from a bottle but thats not everyday, could this be causeing it.?Health Question & Answer

I agree it is probably not related to pregnancy but could still be related to "female issues" as it is one more thing to be considered. Let's break it down. HA's (Headaches) onset on Tuesday so you have been experiencing them for 4-5 days now. Some questions arise to pinpoint your problem If I knew what part of your head, the type of headache pain (sharp, squeezing, dull ache...) I could answer more fully and with greater accuracy, but I can give you some general info on HA's. I suffered from migraines, sinus, tension, and cluster HA's at different times during my almost 5 years in the USAF. 1) nausea with headaches is indicative usually of migraines (but you probably don't have migraines as the HA's would be much more severe). 2) sinus HA's can also give symptoms of nausea as your sinuses could be draining at night down the back of your throat and ending up in your stomach which from experience causes nausea. HA's can be caused by something simple like eye strain, allergies/sinus infections, tension and many other seemingly minor things. I would not be overly concerned as it sounds like more of an annoyance then a pounding, debilitating, type of headache. Use Ibuprofen (Motrin) for the pain (as opposed to Tylenol) as from my lady friends they state that it helps with not only their headache pain but pains from menstrual cramps also. Use the WebMD symptom checker link I have proivided below. If you want to solve the mystery keep a HA diary. Just jot down things like time of day, location of headache, if it is on both sides or one, other symptoms like nausea, light sensitivity, or bluring of vision. If the problem persists and/or worsens then I would head to see my doctor for a HA workup. The HA diary will help the doctor to narrow down the number and types of tests that need to be run. Increase water intake and reduce caffeine intake. Treat symptomatically. Best of luck to you.Health Question & Answer
