What works best for knee pain?!

Question: What works best for knee pain.?
I hurt my knee in 07(twisted it) and it got better after a while! It hadn't been hurting this year except before it rained but I recently fell on it again(knee hit the floor). So its been hurtly and I don't know what to do to help it.

Can that happen if you hit the same knee you hurt before can you hurt it again(i mean can hitting it on something make the pain come back.?) I can't even keep it bent for long!Health Question & Answer
