No throwing power after surgery?!

Question: No throwing power after surgery.?

I dislocated my shoulder a few years back, and underwent surgery.

Now, I have almost no throwing power at all.

Strength in other motions is fine, just throwing motions seem to be affected. Flexibility as well.

What can I do about this.?
Is it going to be like this forever.?
