How much damage could you do to a knee?!

Question: How much damage could you do to a knee.?

if you fell on your knee and it twisted and then a year later you fell on your knee again and hurt it.?

Would that make your knee worse or do something different to it.?

I don't know what I did this time but I can't move it much but it does hurt!Health Question & Answer

I remember this being bad last year.. and a re injury to an old injury is worse than the first time..
There are all kinds of things that could be hurt.. better let the pro's do the diagnosing.. I hope u will be better soon.. Christmas is coming..
