Question: Head slap/injury and brain cells.?
My asshole friend thought it would be funny to randomly slap me upside the head while I was sleeping. He ended up slapping me pretty hard. There was no swelling or bruising. Would someone lose brain cells in this scenario.?Health Question & Answer

No it's not likely as long as you didn't lose consciousness.
But if you begin to feel nauseated, dizzy or unable to focus thoughts it might be a good idea to have your doc check you out.
