Shooting/stabbing pain?!
Question: Shooting/stabbing pain.?
I've started to get this shooting pain, almost like someone stabbing me at the bottom left side of my stomach... when i lean on it on the pain stops, when i sit back straight its like unbearable pain again.
What does this mean.?
btw I've had this before but its gone after 2 minutes, this has been happening for about 10 minutes now.

If this happens after running, then its probably your spleen. Thats kind of normal. But if it happens when your not exercising then you might have Vitamin B12 deficiency. Large blood cells can get stuck in the spleen and cause sharp pain. tell a doctor about it because supplements might not help since some people can't absorb B12 from their food.Health Question & Answer
