In 48 hrs, the sting will more than likely be on the way out.
You can take some benadryl (25 mg) to minimize the histamic response your body is exerting toward the venom. Can also apply cold cloths or soak it in a bowl of water with a few ice cubes in it to minimize swelling.
It's doubtful the bee's sting will do much to interfer with anesthesia, but you may want to call the docs office in the AM and let them know.
