Pain on left side of the body?!

Question: Pain on left side of the body.?
Hello. Well this has been going on for a while now (couple months, on and off) but it's at it's peak right now, so I need some opinions. I will be going to the doctor, unless of course you guys prove there is no need.

First, back story. A couple of months ago (actually more than a couple, I'd say 5) I took a fall of a horse. I landed on my shoulder (forgot which one) and my face. Right after the fall, my back killed. But it got better after a few weeks of rest. I also have low blood pressure and get lightheaded/dizzy from just standing up. Just thought I would share this, in case it could help.

Alright, so for the past couple months my joints on my left side of my body have been driving me insane. Mainly my left knee. When I extend or move it at all it hurts to almost the point of me falling over. There is one or two 'positions' where it doesn't hurt at all. right now my legs are crossed, and I don't feel a thing. Sometimes, however, my left arm acts up as well. It doesn't hurt nearly as bad as my knee, just begins to feel 'stiff' and a slight pain in the 'shoulder socket' (sorry don't know the correct terms.) I have to be moving my arm for a while, however. also, I work as a cashier at work, and sometimes I am standing for 5 hours straight. This is when my back begins to hurt, not bad. Feels like 1/10 of the pain I had right after the fall.

also, I would like to mention I am right handed, so the left pain makes no sense at all.

Any ideas of whats wrong with me.? Winner gets 10 points ;]Health Question & Answer

Answers:
There's probably multiple problems caused by your horse-riding injury, and maybe even an unrelated injury to your knee. It's very common to force your spine out of alignment with an injury like you had, and all sorts of muscle and joint problems gradually develop as a result. If i were in your situation, i would visit a chiropractor - it probably be fairly easy to overcome all of this (maybe not the knee) with a few treatments and some stretching.Health Question & Answer
