Anyone taking buspar for anxiety?!
Question: Anyone taking buspar for anxiety.?
How long does it take for that weird dizzy feeling to go away.? Every time I take it I get really dizzy and generally uncomfortable for an hour or so after I take it. How much longer does this happen or is it just a side effect I'll have to live with as long as I'm on the medicine.?Health Question & Answer

Hi. I had to stop taking Buspar because the side effects were too much for me. You didn't say how long you have been taking it, but you have to give medicine some time to see if the side effects go away. I waited about a month with no luck. Sometimes side effects stop once your body adjusts, and sometimes they don't. I even tried cutting my dosage in half to see if that helped ( something you could try if it doesn't get better ). Hang in there, hopefully it will get better. There are always other drugs you can try if Buspar doesn't work for you. Feel better soon :-)Health Question & Answer
