Then this is perfectly natural to be paranoid for awhile.

All these mental illness comes from the origin of ego and pride. If one leaves ego and pride, he will know that he is nothing in this vast world. He will come to realize the truth or secret of life.Health Question & Answer

Yes, it's a normal reaction to be paranoid for a while...eventually it will fade out. But I'd make sure your home is well protected against theft, by checking to make sure windows are barred, the security system is in function. And I'd keep a a solid stick next to your bed to grab in case...just to help ease your anxiety. I'd had my home broken while I was away at work about a year ago. I'd had anxiety after the incidence, and I beefed up my home security level. I sometimes think about it, but I don't dwell on it anymore. Sorry about the theft, hope my advice helps you get over anxiety soon...:):}Health Question & Answer
