Question: What are the signs of bipolar.?
what are signs and symptoms of being bipolar.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
A person has mood swings that are extreme. Usually the moods last for several weeks to months, although a person can "rapid cycle" and have moods switch more often. Bipolar can also come in "mixed moods" where the person has symptoms of mania and depression at the same time, usually seen as a very agitated depression. The mood swings are EXTREME. During an episode, it would be pretty hard for a person to go to school or hold down a job. If the mood swings are milder, then it is something else. Many people have long periods of no symptoms between episodes (like years) and on the other extreme, some people have really serious symptoms all the time (that would be me).Health Question & Answer

I watched my mum battle this disorder for a while, no one knew what was wrong.
Some of her symptoms were spending money, she spent alot of money when she was hyper-active (on a high) and would have fits a of crying when she was hypo-active (on a low.)
She would clean, laugh, cry, any emotion really, bring out acusations onto everyone, yell, speak to people that weren't there, she even tried to give herself and excorsisum. she would have these like 2 - 3 hours at a time and then move onto the next emotion.
she can't rember any of this happening which is scary, but atleast we know she wasn't herself!

People with Biploar need medical help, it's not their fault, but thanks to the doctors my mum is all better and hasn't been sick for a bout 7 years.Health Question & Answer
