Question: Is it possible to reverse the brain fog.?
i cannot hold memory for long.if i read for a minute i forget what was the first sentence in the paragraph i was reading.i lost in the middle of the topic what i was going to say.i forget where i put i put my stuff.
when i meet some one second time i forget what he had talked about me in the first meeting.i am pretty disorganized in my thoughts.i cannot organize my words.Health Question & Answer

Pls....this is definitely abnormal. We don't have enough info about you to really give you much advise from what you have said here, except this. You should see your family doctor asap. It may be that your problems are not mental, and could be something related to your brain itself. I have never heard of such immediate effects of memory loss as forgetting the first sentence in a paragraph being related to a mental disorder. On the other hand, forgetting previous conversations and disorganized thoughts are common among certain disorders.
I really don't like to say this because it may be worry some to you, but there is the possibility that the cause could be a tumor in your brain itself.
Do not hesitate with this, even if it turns out to be something simple, maybe it is not.
We have all heard the expression, "if we would have only caught it sooner"

You are describing me. I am going to take OCD advice and at least try it. I start something loose interest and drop it, moving onto the next what ever it is caught my interest I drive myself and I am sure everyone around me nuts. im having the same problem.
my counselor recommended taking 1 baby tylenol, and 1 vitamin D every day. something in the brain gets clogged and that helps it. and i HAVE noticed a change and have only been on it for a week or so. try it out.Health Question & Answer
