Chin up, first of all :) You're in a slum now but you can work this out no prob!
You say you're not able to try new things, but you can easily try something new every day. In fact, that's my new years resolution right now, and it's been working out great and makes me feel so much better about repetitive days. It's really fun to log it and read all of them later, too! Maybe if you make this your goal as well, you'll be on your way to higher motivation, and it'll add fun in your life!

Some ideas to get you started...
try a new 15 minute workout
read a new book
start a diary of your random thoughts
talk to someone new
do something random as it presents itself!Health Question & Answer
