Answers:
i don't know you, so i'm not sure..

but anyway, the solution is to read or think of something else, happy, happy stuff, preferably things that doesn't deal with any psychological illness crap, watch you're favorite comedy tv show or movie, or go out, have fun!
you have to STOP thinking that you have mental disorder.. think that you're normal and you're just being paranoid!!!!
stop thinking about it as well..

hope it helps..Health Question & Answer

Eh, no, it's not you. If it was you, it'd be me too.
I do that sometimes. I'll read the symptoms for some mental illness or random other illness and I'll automatically associate them with something that's happened. I've matched myself up as being depressed, schizo, suicidal, and any number of things.

Just because you're unemployed doesn't have to do with anything. I've been unemployed since August.
I don't use drugs either.
You're just not a people person is all.

Anyway, hope this helped.Health Question & Answer

No that is not you. If you were schizophrenic your family would be going nuts about your crazy behaviors.

The economy is crappy but keep job hunting. Look at the temp services.Health Question & Answer

If you are concerned about the possibility of a personality disorder, why not have it checked out.? There are free and sliding-fee mental health clinics in most cities (major and otherwise), and your doctor or local Community Information number should be able to give you the necessary information on how to get in there. In the meantime, try not to fixate on it. One very common "symptom" of college students taking their first psychology class is that, with each disorder studied, they tend to think that the book is describing them. Schizophrenia is not uncommon, by any means, but it is also very specific. Situational depression and a little phobia about going out can easily be mistaken by a non-professional, especially if you're looking for things to be down on yourself about.Health Question & Answer
