I HATE myself.....I am so stupid. My memory is terrible.......I just lost my driver's license......I am worried about ID theft......WTF do I do.?.?.? I am on my own with few supports.....I am so angry at myself that I lost my driver's license....it is one more thing to worry about and I HATE BEING STUPID. I can't even get a human being half the time i call for help.

AWE. You are not stupid! You have to stop thinking this way about yourself, everyone has great things about them and you do too! I am not being pollyanna, but you do you must. There are games you could play to boost your memory just look them up online. You lost your drivers license i would contact the place that you got your license and tell them to like cancel your license if they can and then get a new one, You have to stop thinking you are stupid because you are not!Health Question & Answer
