Question: How do i kno if im depressed.?
how do u kno if ur depressed,or if ur just ...upset..or...distressed or somthin..,im only 13 and most ppl wont tell me couse im to young,but,i think i should be able to kno i could have a problem or not..,so help.?.?please.?Health Question & Answer

Well, if you are only sad and upset for a while but then you get over it, you're not depressed. However, If you find no reason to smile, sulk around, not seem to care about anything, and start alienating people for a long time, you might have depression. Trust me; I've had it and all I did was lay in my room and listen to stuff like my chemical romance. I think you are never too young to be depressed unless your like 3 yearsold or something.Health Question & Answer

you could have it. i would consider talking to a close friend(s). and if they agree, i would go and talk to an adult (not your parents), but then also your parents. in that order. if they think you should see someone, then see someone.

good rule of thumb: if you think you need to see someone, go see someone. :D
