Ok, I may have asked something like this but,,?!

Question: Ok, I may have asked something like this but,,.?
Why are people scared of other people.?
Well, why am I scared of others.? I feel like Im exposed and
a target for a massive assassination everytime I open the door.
Mum kicked me out once cuz she wanted me to get out
and be "active" I seriously didn't want to because I HATE
PEOPLE!!! I cannot stand the sight. I can barley stand my friends,
It's like I need a saftey barrier between me and society.
Is it normal to have shattering headaches when you are
uncomfortable in a situation.? Like, in a grocery store.?
Shopping.? People walking around.? I can't look at people
when Im talking to them because Im afraid (SERIOUSLY)
That they will steal my soul and learn everything about me,
And NO. I do not watch Sci-Fi or anything like that to get
the ideas of soul snatching so Idk what the hell is up.
HELP PLEASE! =[Health Question & Answer

Hi
I have some understanding of what you say. I do suffer from some degree from similar symptoms. I don't feel safe when I go out. I am afraid of people. When I walk my dog (the only time I go out alone during the week), I always have to look around, to check if anyone is there and I really can't bear to have anyone walking behind me. I have to slow do, stop until they have passed me.

I hate to be in the supermarket, waiting area of any kind as I feel that everyone is looking at me..
This results in my feeling light-headed and floaty, feeling as if I take another step I will fall over, and a desperate need to get out of the place.

These feelings are caused by anxiety and can escalate, causing us to avoid all similar situations.
I also suffer from depression. Anxiety and depression tend to run hand-in-hand.

Perhaps your headaches are a side effect of your anxieties. If you have not already done so, you should see your GP (doctor) and explain how you feel. You may need medication for a while to help you to overcome your feelings.

My son suffered very badly form this, it caused him to give up his friends as he could not go out of the house, he spent most of his days alone in his bed-room, so these symptoms can become extremely severe. The is a medical term for these severe symptoms which, I found out when I was at last allowed my sons case-notes from the mental health service. It's called Social Phobia. This term is for really severe cases, so you should see your doctor, get some assisstance now before your condtion escalates.

Could the feeling of "soul snatching" just be your way of searching for a reason an explaination for why you feel as you do.?
Hope this helps you a little to take the first step towards getting help!Health Question & Answer

Because ur watching too much bad news on TV.That makes you think everyone around you are enemies.and you try to not get involved with them to avoid friendship issues. Just be patient untill u find someone that u can trust.Health Question & Answer
