Do you think this is just a phase or do I need help for this...?!

Question: Do you think this is just a phase or do I need help for this....?
I noticed any little good thing that happens to me is such a big deal. When something happens, I feel like I need to mark it down and take pictures. I've lost a lot of people in my life. Some left without notice, been through a lot of deaths, and I guess I just feel like I need to take advantage and make it last while it's here type deal. Is this bad.? a phase.? should I worry or just see what happens.? Thanks in advance...

Here are a couple examples of what i am talking about:
When one of my favorite wrestlers died, I took it sooo hard. I've always taped wrestling events, but it seemed like after he passed...I was taping events like crazy. I guess I felt like who knows if I will ever see them again type thing. I guess a second wrestler passing away right after didn't help that.
I've saved good emails and instant messages. Text messages too. I write in a journal too.Health Question & Answer

No need to feel bad or awkward about any of that Madison.
You're not the only one who does things like that.
I record every Wrestling show too.
I've got a lot saved.
Can I assume the 2 you're speaking of were Eddie & Benoit.?

Collecting little Memento's of good memories is a very good , healthy thing.
It helps you remember the good times , even when you're feeling at you're worst.
Actually if you DON'T take advantage of things and Don't take the pictures , etc. , you'll regret that even more in the future.

So , I wouldn't say its a phase at all , because almost everyone does it , and a lot of people do it their entire lives.
Its good for you.

Hope this helped My Friend. :)Health Question & Answer

Depends on how old you are, if you are 10 then it's normal.Health Question & Answer

Personally I think that although other people may perceive this as obsessive, there is absolutely no harm in wanting to keep onto positive memories, which is very understandable as you mentioned you've had to deal with a number of deaths. In a way, yea this is probably just a phase and in time you'll regain your confidence that not everything in life is so short lived and you'll find yourself physically capturing situations and events less and less. But in no way should you be worried. People deal with grief and emotion very differently and this is just a way that works best for you.
Don't convince yourself that you have a problem in anyway, just carry on like normal and in time you'll see these habits fading.
hope this helps (:Health Question & Answer
