Maybe go out and volunteer somewhere that you think is a worthy cause. Perhaps helping others will help you to feel like the good person that I'm sure you are. If you weren't a good person you wouldn't be worried that you're a bad person....if that makes sense. Bad people know they are and don't care. My guess is you're a very caring individual who sometimes (like everyone else) has negative thoughts towards others.

What about hobbies.? Maybe find another hobby (besides skating) that you can be a part of a team or something where you have to interact with others.

Your own attitude is what can turn things around in life. I found that out later in life than I had wanted but it has helped me to become a better person. If you look for the positive things in life and not focus on the negative, you'll have a much better attitude and you'll be happier.

You say you don't know how to make friends. Well, it's easier than you may think (easier said than done, I know). The easiest way is to just start talking....say 'hello' to someone new every week. It doesn't have to be someone your own age. It can be anyone, anywhere. Out at the mall, church, walking down the street. You'll find that smiling at someone will also prove to be very helpful. Smiling will make you happier and the worst outcome you could get from someone is that they don't smile back. That's okay, right.?

My advice to you is to read "Don't sweat the small stuff...and it's all small stuff" by Richard Carlson. It's a really good book that has really helped me.

Good luck! And if you ever need someone to talk to, please feel free to talk to me. :)Health Question & Answer

Like the other people said meditation may help because it will help clear your thoughts. But sometimes just understanding what your thinking about and knowing you don't like it can help. when that happens to me sometimes when i stuff just pops into my head i use something to distract it, like watch tv or listen to music something that u don't have to think at all about while u do this.Health Question & Answer

well first i would try to smile for one or two minuets a day. then i would start to smile at people that are about your age and you want to be friends with and they might come over to you and start to talk.

i am also home schooled and i now a great way to meet people. they have these homeschooling groups that meet once a week to do classes together and then for the rest of the week you do the stuff that they gave you to do. ti is really fun trust me on this one.

i hope i helped you and good luckyHealth Question & Answer
