I got like 2 hours of sleep on a day before a really big test. I swear I fell asleep during it like at least 100 times! lmaoo:P
But It depends on the person really,
Like, if you can go to sleep for only 3 hours but someone else can't.
I went to sleep for about 8 and my friend went to bed for 11 hours, I was more energetic than she was.
I have no idea why but It's like that and how the brain functions :p

Sleeping for only 3 hours generally makes it difficult to focus in class and with sports. Unless one is used to sleeping for 3 hours a night, like some I know, it pretty much makes every daily activity difficult to do.Health Question & Answer

Not well. My kids have. They went to school and everything. I don't see how. I don't think they could tell how bad it was effecting them though. They were more moody,cranky, not as healthy or happy. their relationships suffered but they couldn't see it through the lack of sleep.Health Question & Answer

I guess if you didn't have to work. I had days when i had to work 2-3 days straight getting 2 hour naps every 18 hours or something like that. By the 3rd day i wouldn't know my own name.Health Question & Answer
