Question: I asked a question & No one could answer could anyone please help me out.?
OK 4 weeks ago I have been under a lot of anxiety & have questions

So this is a question for all my intelligent psychologist students out their

When your mind completely makes something up irrational & illogical & this irrational thought your dwelling on is giving you anxiety what kind of disorder would you guys say it is.?

What about when this thought evolves & evolves meaning it goes from bad to worst & it's like you can't forget about because when I do forget I notice how happy & free minded I am but when I remember it comes back 10 times worst!!

And what about when every morning you wake up you feel hm not necessarily a new person but you feel OK but yet very anxious then a couple of seconds that thought pops right back it!! what is this.?

Is this some type of anxiety disorder.? or worse.? Cause the thought originally started out as me going insane then it's like it jump & jumped & jumped towards different conclusion & each conclusion it jumps to it scares me & gives me anxietyHealth Question & Answer

Having irrational thoughts isn't necessarily a psychological disorder. Every person has weird thoughts sometime or another. It's when we start acting on them and thinking that our irrational thoughts are real. It sounds like you might have an anxiety disorder. If you get panick/anxiety attacks seek the right help. I've been dealing with them for about 4.5 years now. Mine comes and goes and right now it's become real bad. My irrational fears developed into nasty habits and I have observed silly rituals that I do just to satisfy some weird craving that I having- pretty much OCD. This part of me is totally knew and I just called a psychiatrist today.

When you take your thoughts and make them worse, just remember that it's our brain doing this. Many people think they are going insane from having anxiety, when we really are not. BUT, if you do have panick attacks make sure to deal with it. I ignored mine for a few months once it started up again and it's worse than when I first had these odd feelings. Ignoring it makes things worse and all we do is continue to dwell on the negative, thus creativing behaviors that feed into the anxiety. If you don't have the funds available to see a doctor, look into local clinics that might be able to find some scholarships or ways to have doctor appointments paid for. It's weird- some people never feel the feelings of what anxiety is while others of us feel it to the extreme. Us who feel it to the extreme just need extra help in keeping our brains "tuned" (like a car) and there's nothing wrong with it. Best of luck bud ;0)Health Question & Answer

It is called OCD or obsessive compulsive dissorder.
Your symptoms are classic. Some people have behaviors that they use to lessen the anxiety but not all do. Just the obsessive thoughts can get you the diagnosis.
There is no reason to live with this, there are meds that can make you feel much better, and over time you may grow out of it.
Especially if you are in a difficult situation, the symptoms get worse.
When your life situation improves, your OCD will as wellHealth Question & Answer

do you have a family doctor that you can go and talk to.? you obviously are in a great deal of emotional and mental pain. this can often be cured with medication. talk to your doctor, and explain things to him, and once he can get you on the right medication and the right dosage, you will start to feel so much better. i know so many people that were exactly like you, and they got much better after treatment. don't wait too long, go and let the doctor make you healthy again.Health Question & Answer

You are a hypochondriac!

Well, it's not OCD when you have only been having this issue for 4 weeks.Health Question & Answer
