Question: I am feeling very sleepy but i cant sleep.?
Okay, i didnt sleep properly for like a week. It was okay for about 2 days, now i feel really tired and pissed and i am making silly mistakes everywhere. How can i sleep better.?Health Question & Answer

try not to think about your inability to sleep. that can cause a lot of stress and keep you up. instead:
-dim the lights
- drink a cup of milk (milk helps produce serotonin, which helps regulate sleep)
-try not to engage in activity that is too mentally stimulating right before bedtime. light reading is okay.
-exercising in the afternoon (not in the evening) can help bring on sleep.
-if all your efforts fail, try to aim for less sleep by going to bed later or waking up earlier.Health Question & Answer
