xanax is the only thing that will help me with my panic attacks...and my severe anxiety, im not trying to get high off of it, its just the only thing that helps..of course my doctor knows i smoke pot so he wont like that, might think im trying to sell it..so how do i ask him, because its really the only thing that helpsHealth Question & Answer

Explain your symptoms and just ask for it. There are a whole slew of ways to work yourself through a panic attack. They happen. When they happen, they cannot be stopped. You have to learn how to deal with it in a positive manner and just let them pass without freaking out and making them worse.
If your doctor says no, it is most like for a good reason because the medication in this drug is more addictive, and harder to withdrawl from than herione.
