While there are many categories of things a person can be addicted to,
it may not actually be any one single "thing" they are addicted to.
It may be the degree to which the addiction takes over their life, limiting the person's ability to make decisions and to function in their environment and relationships, living their life in a positive manner.
In all, the WORST ADDICTION for a person, is the one that YOU are struggling with, and interfering with your life and relationships and livelihood.
From what I hear, METH is the strongest of the drugs out there, causing the person to be incapable of living life anywhere near "normal". I've given up coke, meth, heroin and alcohol. But I can't seem to quit cigarettes. I hear it's harder than quitting heroin. That would be my answer...Health Question & Answer

Heron, it is the worst of any addiction. The way heron works is that it creates a euphoric sensation that is better then any feeling you can get naturally, it is better then Sex and Eating, Two things that release the most endorphins in the brain.
