Question: I Don't Know What To Say ( Scars ).?
i have some SI scars on my wrist, and in about 2 weeks i'm getting a tattoo on my wrist to help me move on. I have a problem though, I'm afraid the tattoo artist will ask me how i got these scars, and i don't really know how to answer that, or what to say if it gets brought up. it's not something I'm proud of. if someone could help me out on what to say or something I'd appreciate it alot. <3Health Question & Answer

Gabe might be right. you may need clear skin to get a tattoo. if they tattoo over inflamed or cut skin (even if the cuts are gone and there are just scars) it could cause complications

What i can tell you is that no tattoo artist will tattoo over a place that you have self harmed on. Too many problems arise.Health Question & Answer
