Bad day; any suggestions how to make it better?!


Question: Bad day; any suggestions how to make it better.?
I'm usually a really happy & positive person, but I woke up sad & feeling like crying. I have no idea why, since nothing has really happened yet. Anyways, I was just looking for some suggestions on how to make it go better.

I plan to try a brisk walk & exercises a little; maybe a warm shower; a few cups of coffee and/or some donuts. :)Health Question & Answer

It is ok to just let yourself have a good cry. I releases tension, even if you don't feel you are tense. Have a god cry and see how you feel afterwards. Sometimes I feel that way and the more I try to fight it the worse I feel so I just let it come out.Health Question & Answer

every day is a challenge for me. i have multiple personalities ( 16 ) and every day is an adventure too. so for me i do what i call energy painting. i have people put their hands on the water color paper and then i paint what i feel their energy is. that's one personality. another likes photography. yet another....

Exercise helps a lot. Releases endorphins and makes you feel a lot better. When i was in a psych hospital me and my counselor would always talk about Wii fit lol that games fun and helps out when im depressed because it keeps your mind focused and you have fun.

ANy exercise helps though. I just did an hour of biking while watchin the Matrix. Enough said. i feel great!Health Question & Answer
