It's not paranormal. That refers to hearing and seeing "ghosts" and seeing things that aren't really there. Of course, some people swear by really being able to see and hear these things, and that's a matter of personal opinion as to whether they really exist.
If you hear voices, then it could be a sign of a serious mental disease. Even if you have this disease, it does NOT mean you are "crazy." Are the voices you hear friendly or angry or telling you to do things you'd rather not do.? You need to see a doctor and tell him honestly what's been going on. You may need to be referred to a psychiatrist for proper treatment if it is found that you do have this disease.
