Wow, that's a biggie and one I've been struggling with for a looonnnggg time. I have always been a big fan of writing, especially when there's really no one to talk to. You've got to get it out of you, and sitting down with a pen and paper can do wonders. Just write, nothing fancy, pages of pure dribble if you have to. I've even kept a regular diary/journal off and on over the years to help maintain my stress levels and regularly "clean out my brain."

also, a nice shower is one of my favorite things. Consider it water therapy just washing everything away.Health Question & Answer

excercise, healthy eating, warm showers/sanas(sp.?)/baths, sleep, listen to music, read a book, hobbies...
