Question: How can a 19 year old guy with a very ugly face do with himself.?
I'm a 19 year old guy who has a very ugly face. It's terrible. I just don't look very natural at all. I have very reddish like skin that is covered with acne. My cheeks are very puffy whenever I smile, I hate that so much! What a turn off. The shape of my jaw is very bad. It makes me look like Frankenstein's monster. I don't like the look of my hair. It is naturally poofie and I just don't like it at all.
I really want to have a different face so that I might be able to actually talk to this VERY pretty girl at college. I have tried to talk to her on two separate occasions, but both times she ignored me. She in two of my classes and she gets along with everyone else just fine. But she won't talk to me! :( She is always talking to this one guy that is 100 times better looking than I am. I mean, this guy didn't even have to try she just came over on day and start to flirt with him. I have NEVER had this happen to me! She seems like such an awesome person! I only width I was better looking so I could get to know her.

Your strength is never going to be your appearance, might as well learn to live with it. You're not the only one with that problem. Plenty of people feel like they have minds that could amaze the whole world, if only they had faces that impressed that on people.
The best thing you can do is see a dermatologist about your acne, use skin care products, and get your hair styled. If you lose weight that might make your cheeks less puffy.
If this girl has ignored you twice already, there's sure not a great chance she'll suddenly come around now, even if you do become more attractive. Sorry guy. I'm surrounded by hot girls but I wouldn't make a move on any of them because I've built a strange reputation in this place and they've had many laughs at my expense. I would say this - focus on bettering yourself. Invest all your effort in getting a solid education, and try to just remove all these distractions.
