Question: When will i start to loose weight.?.?.?!!!.?
I have been purging every day for a week now but ive only GAINED a pound! And now i cannot stop this! I mean i want to be skinny! And i want to stop cutting! And this helps a lot! I dont care about the health factors or anything! I want to be able to count ALL my ribs and i want my hipbones to stick out! And i want to be pretty! I hate my body!!!! So i think i am developing bulimia...because i cant keep half of anything i eat down!!! When will i be skinny!Health Question & Answer

Firstly, about the cutting, if you want to be pretty then don't cut, because it will leave marks and scars over your body (plus, if people catch you with them it won't be good). That's what I remember when I want to cut, it helps most of the time, unless I'm really upset.

If you really want to speed up your weight loss, and you don't care about your health, do exercise, for example, do 50 sit-ups in the morning, 50 in the afternoon and 50 before bed. also try eating less, so you won't have to purge as much, so you won't have as many effects from that. To try and keep as healthy as possible though (being not healthy can make you look bad too) take vitamin things.

Drinking lots of water is good for you too.

you will be skinny when you start dying of starvation. you will be pale, sickly-looking, and weak, and you hair will be dull and start falling out. you get bags under your eyes that no make-up can cover up. you will get sick with a fever often. the purging will irritate and burn your throat. that is NOT pretty.

you want to be more slender.?
eat small meals, almost snacks, 5 times a day. have both protein AND carbs for breakfast. have an ounce or 2 of dark chocolate or low-fat frozen yogurt for dessert. avoid crash diets and the ones that cut out a whole food group. get a good night's sleep.

you want to be leaner.?
go for a jog around the block in the morning. walk more, drive less, but avoid over-exercising. park a block or 2 away from wherever you're going. get a set of ankle and/or wrist weights. do 50 crunches a day. go swimming or biking more often.

You answered my question so I'll answer yours :)

First off purging actually does the opposite to what you want it to do and you've seen that, the same goes for not having a breakfast - people who have breakfast are skinnier than others!

Secondly, being able to count all your ribs is not a good thing, you might feel pretty but I wouldn't be too keen on an over-skinny girl, **** what others think and get a pretty respectable weight, if you can join a gym, if you're someone who wants to look at skinny celebs then look at Scarlett Johanson, she said it's extremely bad for you and its not sexy, and she is stunning without us being able to see her ribs!

Cutting is a horrible thing, I understand its hard for you, I can't tell you stop when I do unhealthy things to make myself feel better, if you can do your best to swap it to something less body harming try listening to music, that's what I do!

DON'T become bulimic...i repeat DON'T become bulimic or anorexic! You will ruin your body and die sooner and feel weaker and look horrible. What you need to do is eat HEALTHY, exercise A LOT and make smart choices! Stick to a healthy diet, not an empty diet and you will fell better, stronger, and lose weight! I believe in you!

Take up some exercise, like running/ ballet / Athletics Club / Just do some exercise, eat healthy and don't stop eating, don't eat things with too much fat, and make yourself an athletics course for trainment. It'll be fun.Health Question & Answer
