What mental illness would explain these symptoms?!

Question: What mental illness would explain these symptoms.?
*Extreme Arrogance
*Controlling Behavior
*Disrespect for Authority
*Abusive (physically and mentally)
*Suicide Threats
*Laughing at his own evil actions or ideas in a voice like satan
*Talking extremely fast, foaming at corners of mouth, eyes rolling back
*Someone how hits their parents
*Someone who lets their mother control every aspect of their life, even in their late 20's (including bank accounts, clothes, cars)
*Promiscuous sexual relationships, as many as possible
*Lying constantly

Then some of the things this person has done is:

*Answering her phone when a friend called, then telling the friend that "She's always with me, 24/7. If you want to see her you also have to see me."
*Going psychotic if she so much as goes to the mall with a friend for 30 mins.
*Getting out of car and standing in front of the car asking to be run over by her
*Hitting his father in the face and breaking his glasses, because father tried to stop him from beating her (father is not abusive)
*Escorted out of an arena by security but then attempted to reenter
*Keying cars
*Walking into her college classroom while class was in session and sitting down as if its normal
*Asking tons of questions like "Are you a sl*t because you once kissed a guy.?" "Do you admit that you are a who*e.?" "Admit that you were in love before, I won't get mad" then punching her when she admits it (and then laughs devilishly, very eerie and saying haha I tricked you into admitting it)
*Keeping belongings in a particular order, very strangely, keeping things in exact line ups with eachother
*Going over letters about 5 times each when writing, very abnormally.
*Making lists as someone would do in elementary school with a box to ccheck yes or no, then giving it to her as a sort of survey. But the questions are things like "are you a slut.?" or other bizarre questions.
*Getting very upset when rejected even though he is in many relationships with women
*Making up names for himself like "Every Girls Dream" initials on a necklace he wears- EGD
*Keeping an excel computer file of every girl hes slept with including her name, age, birthday, hair color, height and how many times he slept with her

Hey,

to me that sounds like multiple diagnoses, not just one problem.
eg some type of controlling personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, psychosis and more. Maybe even schizoprenia.?
But I'm not a doctor and dont really know what i'm talking about!
obviously you care a lot about the person, so take them to the doctor and let them work it out, and how to help this person. If necessary use a pretext to get him to a doctor- general checkup.?, VD(lots of partners) or whatever.
Good luck and good on you for making an effort and helping someone who obviously doesn't want to be helped. : /Health Question & Answer

It sounds like a bipolar disorder. They have those kind of manic high episodes and depressive lows. Mood swings go from extreme to extreme and rarely moderate. This is actually a sodium imbalance. Once the sodium goes too low, they become unstable and they can become very impulsive, immoral and obsessive.
Lots of obsessive people think they experience jealousy. But the jealousy is just something to control others when the mood swings become so severe they are like panic attacks. There is a pattern where the individual can do no wrong and everything is someone else's fault. There is a euphoria and an arrogance that is blind in its devotion to self and self interest. Whatever feels good.
The compulsive lying can be hardest to understand. They will lie about the most insignificant matters and it makes you wonder why they felt like they had to lie. They can seem really cool on the outside and full of doubt and anxiety on the inside. They just don't seem to care about anything until the low kicks in and they crash and become depressed.
It can actually be very hard to maintain focus. Surprisingly, they can seem really fixated on some things, and yet be unable to read a chapter in a book. If there is something they like they really stick to it but with a lack of interest they just can't do it.
Look this up on the internet. The info could really help you see more symptoms and understand it better. Don't let them get to you. It's their problem, don't try to fix them. If they're not willing, you can't do anything for someone that won't cooperate.Health Question & Answer

In medicine, an adverse effect is a harmful and undesired effect that results from a therapy like medication, chemotherapy, surgery or other intervention. An adverse effect may be called a "side-effect" (when it is less important than the therapeutic effect).

I may result from an unsuitable or incorrect dosage or procedure (which could be caused by medical error). Some adverse effects happen only at the beginning or a change of a treatment.Health Question & Answer

Um, I would consider it crazy. That is ridiculous. If that is your bf you are talking about, get the h*ll out of that relationship. He's going to end up killing you. Don't get stuck with a guy like that and I know I have no room to be talkng because my bf is verbally abusive but he has changed and I told him this is his last shot. If you are scared that he will hurt you, go to the police. Tell someone. This is ridiculous and I would beat the sh*t out of him if it is your bf.Health Question & Answer
