Question: What foods are restricted when taking MAOIS.?
Can I eat Tuna, whey protein powders, and bananas.. They said you can't eat banana peels, but who eats banana peels.. I'm so confusedHealth Question & Answer

Try googling MAOI + food restrictions.. The site I found said that banana peel is on the list because someone got sick when they ate a stew with whole sliced banana in it.. I'm guessing banana itself won't cause problems.. Check with your doctor to be sure..Health Question & Answer
