What.......? I'm pretty sure that male children have sperm (not a lot though) in their testicles when they're born.. Once they reach puberty, their body will make more and also allow them to......uh...... come out.. lol!

I know for girls, we're born with our eggs in our ovaries but they're not released until puberty.. We also are born with our entire life's supply, but with sperm I'm almost positive that they'll keep being produced..
