i take 100mg of zoloft every day for my depression..
although i am in counsling,
i still suffer from panic attacks every day..
and im talking about full on nausia,
crying, hiding from EVERYONE,
shaking, temporary memory loss,
and total fear of EVERYTHING..
to the point of where i wont want to open my eyes..
yeah.. its terrible..
and for the last month or so theyve been
almost nightly.. And the strangest part is that
they start over NOTHING..
yeah.. thats the terrifying part..

HEY!, ya, it sounds like you are suffering from a diverse range of anxiety triggered quandaries, that is why i am here to help, if you would so mind..For the portion of your depersonilization, calm down.. you are DEFINITELY not going insane, and/or are becoming insane.. some people ,like me (ouy vey), have similar problems.. the only true way to resolve them is to stand up to it and face it like the weak thing it is..

I'm unsure of how long you've been on Zoloft, but it kind of sounds like you might try a different medicine.. Each one affects everyone differently.. Health Question & Answer

First the medication.. Can the dose be increased.? It's not working for you.. The doctor might prescribe another anti-d.. I know that effexor is the first drug of choice.. It's normal to try different ones.. I tried 6 before effexor.. Take it with food at night if you are having nausea..
If the anit-depressant doesn't deal with anxiety then you may need a minor tranquillizer.. The least addictive is Clonazepam and it's widely perscribed for the treatment of panic disorder,
You may have anxiety from the depression or a separate Anxiety disorder.. I had random panic attacks.. I had to self-medicate to stop them, but it made things worse.. So stay away from other stimulants, no alcohol, coffee or illegals.. Don't accept feeling this awful.. Depression and anxiety are very treatable..
